Ozone Aging Test Chamber
Product Overview
The Ozone Aging Test Chamber creates a controlled ozone environment for evaluating cracking resistance in rubber, cable jackets, elastomer seals, and related polymer products. It is used in rubber formulation programs, cable-material qualification, component validation, and routine laboratory comparison of ozone-exposed specimens.

Core Advantages
Direct Ozone Concentration Control
Ozone concentration is adjustable from 25 to 1000 pphm, with a UK CT core probe rated to an accuracy of no more than ±5% full scale. During low-concentration exposure lasting many hours, direct sensing and closed-loop control prevent concentration drift from masking differences between compounds.
Controlled Temperature and Dynamic Strain
The chamber operates from room temperature to 60°C with temperature fluctuation within ±1°C and uniformity within ±2°C. The specimen extension device adjusts from 0% to 40%, allowing stretched rubber to be exposed under the strain condition specified for crack initiation and growth.
Uniform Exposure for Multiple Specimens
A stepless rotating turntable accommodates up to 18 standard dumbbell specimens. Rotation changes each specimen position within the ozone field, helping equalize exposure when several formulations or production batches are tested in the same cycle.

Customization Capabilities
Specimen holders can be made from drawings for cable sections, narrow strips, or non-standard molded parts. Chamber dimensions and access-port locations can be adapted to the specimen layout. Controller language, power supply, and data-recording interface can be matched to the laboratory.

Quality Control
The ozone probe is checked against a reference before installation, and the generator, circulation path, seals, and safety interlocks are inspected as an assembled system. A full operating run verifies ozone response, temperature mapping, turntable speed, and extension-setting accuracy. Test records are retained for the final inspection, and third-party verification is accepted.

Q: How is the chamber packed for export?
A: It is packed in a fumigation-free engineered wood case.
Q: What is the standard payment term?
A: Full payment is required before shipment.
Q: What should be confirmed before starting an ozone test?
A: Confirm probe warm-up, specimen extension, holder locking, and spacing before the exposure cycle begins.
Q: Can cable jackets and rubber dumbbell specimens use the same holder?
A: No. Cable sections, static strips, and stretched dumbbell specimens require holders matched to their geometry.
