Low Temperature Test Chamber

Our company has 17 years of experience in manufacturing testing equipment. We are located in Jiangdu District, Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. We operate a 1,000 sqm workshop with 10 skilled workers.

 

The ZY-GDW-100L High-Low Temperature Test Chamber is designed for environmental testing of rubber, plastics, and electronic components.

The temperature range is from -40°C to 150°C. Temperature fluctuation is ±0.5°C, and temperature deviation is ≤ ±2°C.

 

Heating from room temperature to 150°C takes approximately 50 minutes. Cooling from room temperature to -40°C also takes approximately 50 minutes (no load, non-linear).

 

The humidity range is 20% to 98% R.H., with a humidity fluctuation of ±3% R.H. and a deviation of ≤ ±3%.

This high-low temperature test chamber is equipped with a French Tecumseh sealed compressor. The refrigerant used is environmentally friendly R404A.

The controller features a 7-inch Kunlun Tongtai touch screen with a full Chinese interface. It allows programmable temperature and humidity control and displays real-time curves.

The system supports 20 program groups, each of which can be repeated up to 9,999 times. In the event of a power failure, the system automatically saves settings and resumes operation once power is restored.

The chamber is equipped with a Ø50 mm test port on the left side, along with a stainless steel sample shelf and energy-saving lighting.

We comply with local environmental regulations throughout production and cooperate with major international brands.

We support OEM and ODM services and can manufacture products according to your drawings or prototypes.

We implement strict quality control at every stage, from incoming parts inspection to assembly and final calibration.

A one-year warranty is provided (excluding wear parts). If the product is damaged during shipping, we will assist with claims and provide repair or replacement services.

The minimum order quantity is one unit. Different models and colors can be combined in a single order.

Standard products require 7–10 days for production, while customized products take approximately 30 days. Our monthly production capacity is 50–100 units, ensuring stable and timely delivery.
