The ZY-2002 torsion tester has size 1360×450×1110mm. It needs 220V input and 1.5KW power. The torsion speed has three settings: 10, 30, and 60 revolutions per minute. The torsion range covers copper rod φ1-8mm, aluminum rod φ1-12mm, and steel wire φ1-3mm. The sample should have no surface damage. Sample length equals effective length plus clamping length. The clamping length is about 60-70mm. This wire torsion and wrapping testing machine (torsion only) is simple and effective.

The ZY-2002NR combination model has more functions. The torsion part has size 1440×390×1080mm. It also uses 220V and 1.5KW power. Torsion speeds are also 10, 30, and 60 rpm. The torsion range is the same as ZY-2002. The wrapping part has its own test diameters. For aluminum wire, it is φ1.25-6.0mm. For steel wire, it is φ0.1-3mm. For copper wire, it is φ0.1-6.0mm.
