Yangzhou Zhengyi Testing Machinery Co., Ltd. develops and manufactures equipment for evaluating the mechanical and physical properties of rubber, plastics, wire and cable, metals, pipes, hoses and related industrial materials.
Based in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, our operations cover equipment engineering, component machining, machine assembly, calibration, sales and after-sales service. Standard machines and drawing-based equipment are produced for factory laboratories, research institutes, testing organizations and industrial quality control departments.

Zhengyi has worked in the material testing equipment field for 17 years. The product range has expanded from individual testing machines to a broader portfolio covering mechanical property testing, rubber processing analysis, environmental testing and specimen preparation.
The company has 15 employees, including 10 production workers, supported by personnel responsible for product development, equipment assembly, sales and technical service. An in-house R&D team handles mechanical design, equipment improvement and project evaluation for non-standard machines.
Development work is based on actual test materials, specimen dimensions, test methods and operating conditions. This allows the machine structure, test space and accessories to be matched to the intended laboratory task rather than relying on a fixed configuration for every application.
Material Testing Equipment Portfolio
Mechanical Property Testing
Our electronic universal testing machines are used for tensile, compression, bending, peeling and other force-based tests. Machine selection is determined by the material, required load range, specimen size, test travel and fixture configuration.
These systems are used with rubber, plastics, wire, cable, metal components, packaging materials and other specimens requiring controlled force application and test data recording.
Rubber and Polymer Testing
Zhengyi manufactures rotorless rheometers, Mooney viscometers, abrasion testers, rubber rebound testers, plasticity testers, compression stress relaxation testers and ozone aging chambers.
This equipment covers rubber curing behavior, viscosity, scorch characteristics, abrasion loss, resilience, plasticity, aging and low-temperature performance. The range supports both material formulation work and routine production inspection.
Specimen Preparation and Environmental Testing
Specimen preparation equipment includes rubber sample planers, cross-linked cable slicing machines, double-head slicing machines, punching machines, cutting dies and notched specimen preparation machines.
Constant-temperature baths, forced-air ovens, aging chambers and high- and low-temperature chambers provide controlled environments for conditioning and evaluating specimens before or during testing.
In-House Machining and Machine Assembly
The 1,000 m² facility is located at No. 66 Zhenxing North Road, Zhenwu Town, Jiangdu District, Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. Production activities include metal-part processing, mechanical assembly, electrical installation, equipment adjustment and pre-shipment testing.
The workshop is equipped with lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, sawing machines and wire-cut EDM equipment. These machines are used to process frames, shafts, connecting parts, mounting structures and other mechanical components required for equipment assembly.
After machining, parts are checked for dimensions and fit before entering assembly. The completed machine is then adjusted according to its test range, movement requirements and control configuration. Monthly production capacity is approximately 50–100 units.
Inspection and Calibration Before Shipment
Mechanical parts, electrical components and measuring elements are checked before assembly. Dimensions, surface condition, installation position and component specifications are verified against the machine configuration.
OEM/ODM Testing Machine Development
Zhengyi accepts OEM/ODM projects based on technical drawings or an existing prototype. The minimum order quantity is one machine, allowing a project to proceed without committing to multiple identical units.
For project evaluation, provide the following information:
- Material and specimen dimensions
- Required test method and force or temperature range
- Test space, travel and speed requirements
- Fixture, chamber or sample-holder requirements
- Working voltage and destination country

Zhengyi equipment is used in rubber processing and plastics manufacturing to evaluate curing, viscosity, abrasion, rebound, aging and mechanical properties.

Cable and plastics laboratories use slicing, specimen preparation, tensile and thermal testing equipment to examine material structure and performance.
Testing and Research Organizations
The machines are also supplied to quality inspection organizations, universities, research institutes, third-party laboratories and factory inspection departments. Typical work includes material development, incoming-material verification, process inspection, product comparison and final release testing.
