Force Models Matched from 500 N to 50 kN

Available 500 N, 5 kN, 10 kN, and 50 kN versions place low-force films, terminals, and packaging parts on an appropriately sized sensor while reserving higher-capacity frames for cables, rubber, plastics, and metal components. This prevents small signals from being buried inside an unnecessarily large measuring range.

Up to 800 mm Travel for Long-Extension Specimens

The extended grip stroke supports rubber, plastic, textile, wire, and cable samples that continue lengthening before rupture. Long-gauge specimens can reach the specified endpoint without shortening the test section or stopping because the crosshead has exhausted its available movement.

Touchscreen Operation or Computer-Based Method Control

The 7-inch touchscreen version handles direct, repetitive pull checks at the machine, while the computer-controlled version adds curve review, stored methods, result processing, and report management. The control format can be selected around either rapid production testing or traceable laboratory records.

 

Customization Capabilities

 

Fixtures can be prepared for rubber dumbbells, plastic strips, films, wires, cables, terminals, connectors, peel samples, bonded joints, pull-out parts, and finished assemblies. Single-column or double-column structures, grip openings, jaw surfaces, and accessory dimensions can be selected around the specimen and force model.

Test speed, force or displacement stop conditions, result fields, curve axes, units, report layout, software language, and data export can be configured for the test method. Machine voltage, color, identification plate, protective guard, and control hardware can also be adapted.
