Product Overview
The Rubber Testing Machine is a De Mattia-type flex-cracking tester for vulcanized rubber specimens and rubber footwear materials. It is used in compound development, crack-growth comparison, footwear and rubber-component qualification, and routine assessment of resistance to repeated bending.

Core Advantages
300 Cycles per Minute with Digital Counting
The lower clamp reciprocates at 300 ± 10 cycles per minute, and the digital controller stops at the programmed count. Crack observations can be scheduled at exact cycle intervals without manual counting or uncontrolled overrun.
Adjustable Flex Geometry
The maximum distance between clamps is 200 mm, the eccentric adjustment range is 50 mm, and the lower-clamp stroke reaches 100 mm. Specimen geometry and flex amplitude can be set to create the bending condition required by the selected rubber or footwear method.
Six Independently Clamped Test Groups
Six specimen groups can run under the same cycle history, with each sample clamped separately. Multiple compounds or production batches can be compared in one test while keeping frequency and stroke common to all stations.
Customization Capabilities
Non-standard clamps can be manufactured from rubber-strip or footwear-specimen drawings. Counter functions and control layout can be configured for the laboratory procedure. Site voltage and protective enclosure can be specified as one equipment package.
Quality Control
Flex frequency, eccentric setting, lower-clamp stroke, and clamp spacing are verified with measuring instruments after assembly. All six stations are checked for synchronized motion, clamp alignment, and fastener security. The counter, preset stop, guarding, and power circuit complete a full-load operating test before final inspection.
