Quick Density Measurement by Archimedes Method

The Electronic Density Meter is available in two models: ZY-300A and ZY-300B. Both are based on the Archimedes buoyancy method and are designed for rapid solid density measurement.
The instruments are suitable for rubber, plastics, granules, ceramics, powder metallurgy, wire and cable materials, and many other applications.
The ZY-300A uses an imported sensor, offering high accuracy and excellent repeatability. The weighing range is 0.01–300 g, or 0.01–600 g for the ZY-600A version. Density accuracy is 0.001 g/cm³.
Special Features for Easy Operation
This electronic density meter can directly display density values for samples of any shape.
It supports block samples, granules, and floating materials, and can also measure volume.
The system includes temperature compensation and liquid compensation functions, and is equipped with an RS-232C computer interface. A printer can also be connected.
It features a large integrated water tank, allowing measurement of larger samples, and a draft shield suitable for field or laboratory use.
The ZY-300B also offers a density resolution of 0.001 g/cm³. The maximum weighing capacity is 300 g, with a minimum readable weight of 0.01 g.
Using water as the medium, the system provides rapid measurement with a two-step operation, displaying density results directly.
The one-piece molded frame and transparent tank are corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, and crack-resistant.
Full Quality Checks and Export Ready
We implement strict quality control at every stage, including incoming inspection, assembly, calibration, and final pre-shipment testing.
A one-year warranty is provided (excluding wear parts). If the product is damaged during shipping, we will assist with claims and provide repair or replacement services.
We accept third-party inspection. The minimum order quantity is one unit, and different models and colors can be combined in a single order.
Standard products require 7–10 days for production, while customized products take approximately 30 days. Our monthly production capacity is 50–100 units, ensuring stable and timely delivery.
Payment is required before shipment. We accept RMB, USD, EUR, and GBP. Products are packed in fumigation-free wooden cases for export. Trade terms are FOB.
