Product Overview
The Resin Moisture Analyzer determines moisture content by recording sample mass loss during controlled halogen heating. It is used for plastic pellets, resin powders, rubber compounds, battery materials, metal powders, food ingredients, sludge, and other dry materials during incoming inspection, drying-process adjustment, and production control.

120 g Capacity with 0.01% Moisture Readability
The ZY-SFY-120 provides 0.001 g weighing readability and 0.01% moisture readability across a 120 g capacity. Small moisture differences in pellets and powders can be identified without separate oven drying, cooling, and repeated manual weighing.
Selectable Heating for Different Sample Behavior
A 450 W ring halogen lamp heats from 40°C to 180°C in 1°C steps, with gentle, standard, and fast modes. Heat-sensitive samples can be dried without an abrupt surface temperature rise, while routine materials can use a faster profile.
Method Control and Complete Result Display
The 5-inch touchscreen supports automatic, manual, or timed stop and displays moisture, solids, temperature, time, dynamic curve, and weight loss. Up to 100 data groups can be stored, and RS-232 is standard with USB available as an option.
Customization Capabilities
Sample-pan sets can be prepared for powders, pellets, or low-density materials that require different spreading depths. Result format and communication interface can be matched to the laboratory data workflow. Interface language, power supply, branding, and calibration accessories can be specified as one instrument package.
Quality Control
The balance is calibrated with the supplied reference weight, and the PT100 sensor is checked at several heating setpoints. Heater response, temperature distribution over the sample pan, automatic stop, timer stop, data storage, and communication ports are tested with a reference sample. Repeatability results are reviewed before the final inspection.
