Fast Moisture Testing by Heat Loss Method

The ZY-SFY-120 resin moisture analyzer uses the thermogravimetric (heat loss) method to determine moisture content in samples. It is suitable for plastic pellets, rubber, food products, sludge, tea, battery materials, metal powders, and various dry materials.
The device is equipped with a 5-inch touchscreen. The display shows moisture content (%), solid content (%), test temperature, and other parameters in real time.
It includes built-in guided Chinese operation and voice prompts. The voice volume can be adjusted or turned off as required.
Efficient Heating and High-Precision Weighing
The instrument uses a ring halogen lamp as the heating source with a power of 450 W. It provides rapid heating performance.
The heating chamber is equipped with a stainless steel cover to ensure uniform heating of the sample.
A PT100 temperature sensor is used for accurate temperature control. The sensor is waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for high-temperature operation.

Complete Results and Easy Data Storage
The ZY-SFY-120 displays multiple test results in real time, including temperature, test time, moisture content, solid content, dry weight, dynamic curve, and weight loss.
The instrument can store up to 100 data sets.
The sample pan has a diameter of Φ90 mm and is made of stainless steel.
The device is equipped with a standard RS232 communication port for connection to printers, PCs, or other external devices. A USB interface is available upon request.

A one-year warranty is provided. The minimum order quantity is one unit.
Standard products require 7–10 days for production. Our monthly production capacity is 50–100 units, ensuring stable delivery.
