We are a 17-year-old factory. Our name is Yangzhou Zhengyi. We make melt flow index instruments and other plastic testing equipment. We have 1000 square meters of factory space and 10 workers. This melt flow index instrument measures melt flow rate for thermoplastics in their viscous flow state.

Two Models for Different Budgets
Our product has two models. ZY-3004S is the standard type. ZY-3004Y is the upgraded type with touch screen and a micro printer. Both work for high-temperature engineering plastics like polycarbonate, fluoroplastic, and nylon. They also work for common plastics like polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS, and polyoxymethylene. These machines are widely used in plastic production, petrochemicals, research, and inspection departments. Both machines work on the same principle. Melt flow rate means the mass (MFR) or volume (MVR) of melt that flows through a standard die every 10 minutes under a set temperature and load. The formula is MFR = 600 × m / t.

Compare the Two Versions
The ZY-3004S has a temperature range from room temperature to 400°C. Temperature fluctuation is ±0.5°C. Temperature recovery time is ≤4min. Display resolution is 0.1°C. It has auto and manual cutting. The ZY-3004Y has better performance. Its temperature range is room temperature to 350°C. Temperature display error is ≤±0.2°C. Temperature fluctuation is ±0.1°C. Constant temperature accuracy is ±0.5°C. Clock accuracy is 0.1 second. Piston displacement error is ±0.01mm. It has a micro thermal printer and LCD display. The die inner diameter is Φ2.095±0.005mm. Die length is 8.000±0.025mm. Barrel inner diameter is Φ9.550±0.025mm. Test weights range from 0.325kg to 21.600kg across 8 levels. Relative error is ≤0.5%.
