Hose Abrasion Tester

The ZY-1 Hose Abrasion Tester is designed to measure the wear resistance of rubber hose covers. It complies with GB/T 12721-2007 and ISO 6945-1991 standards.

 

The machine tests wear resistance by rubbing the hose sample against an abrasive tool under a specified load, then measuring the weight loss after a set number of cycles.

 

The reciprocating frequency is 1.25 Hz (75 cycles per minute). The stroke length is 200 mm. The static load is 50 N ± 0.5 N. The mandrel length is 150 mm.

The hose abrasion tester is equipped with a 60 W geared motor operating at 220 V. The motor housing must be properly grounded.

Machine dimensions are 500 × 350 × 350 mm, and the net weight is 30 kg.

Operation is simple. First, weigh the sample with and without the mandrel and record the value as m₁. Then install the sample on the holder and tighten the screws on both sides. Place the abrasive tool on the sample surface and apply the static load weight.

Start the motor. The connecting rod on the eccentric wheel drives the sliding component on the beam, producing a sinusoidal reciprocating motion.

When the preset cycle count is reached, the machine stops automatically.

Remove the sample assembly and weigh it again, recording the value as m₂. The difference between m₁ and m₂ represents the wear loss.

A one-year warranty is provided (excluding wear parts). If the product is damaged during shipping, we will assist with claims and provide repair or replacement services.

The minimum order quantity is one unit. Different models and colors can be combined in a single order.

Standard products require 7–10 days for production, while customized products take approximately 30 days. Our monthly production capacity is 50–100 units, ensuring stable and timely delivery.
