During the test, you can see real-time temperature and deformation values. When the test ends, the system stops heating automatically. This machine is a must-have tool for quality inspection units, universities, and in-house labs. Temperature control range goes from room temperature to 300°C. Heating rate has two options: 120±10°C/h or 50±5°C/h. Temperature display error is 0.1°C. Control accuracy is ±0.5°C. Deformation display error is ±0.001mm. Measuring range is 0-1.5mm. The heating medium is methyl silicone oil (viscosity 100-200 centistokes, 150 is best) or transformer oil. You need 10kg. Cooling method: above 150°C use natural cooling.
