Four Models for Different Jobs
Our insulation resistance measurement device comes in four models. ZC-90D is for anti-static material measurement and anti-static engineering inspection. ZC-90E is for wire and cable insulation resistance measurement. ZC-90F is for volume and surface resistivity measurement of insulation materials. ZC-90G is the high-end model for lab research and ultra-high insulation measurement. All models have high accuracy with basic error ±1%. They have stable readings and 3 1/2 digit display. They also have strong anti-interference. These devices meet GB/T3048.5 and other standards. This product family covers almost all needs.
What Each Model Does Best
The ZC-90D has test voltages of 10V, 50V, 100V, and 500V. Its resistance range is 0 to 10^13 Ω with resolution 100Ω. It works for anti-static flooring, mining conveyor belt surface resistance, and anti-static shoes, hats, gloves, and clothing. The ZC-90E has test voltages of 100V, 250V, 500V, and 1000V. Its range is 0 to 10^16 Ω with resolution 1000Ω. It works for common wires, cables, and XLPE cables. It also measures volume and surface resistivity. The ZC-90F has the same test voltages but a higher range of 0 to 10^17 Ω. It is also for volume and surface resistivity. The ZC-90G is the strongest. It has seven test voltages: 10V, 25V, 50V, 100V, 250V, 500V, and 1000V. Its resistance range is 0 to 2×10^17 Ω with resolution 100Ω. It can also measure micro current from 0.1fA (10^-16 A) to 199.9µA. This insulation resistance measurement device works for electronics, photoelectricity, bio-current, and atomic energy research.
Accessories and Warranty
Optional accessories include electrostatic electrodes, 90D electrodes, an electrode box, and a constant temperature water bath. The packing list includes the main unit, test leads, external power supply, manual, and certificate. We give one year warranty (wear parts not included). After-sale service responds 7×24 hours.
