The 50T and 50T water-cooled have 50 tons of pressure. The water-cooled models cool down fast. So every product works well for labs and factories.
Design and Performance
All models use a mechanical-hydraulic-electrical design. They have semi-automatic performance. The frame is a column type. It is strong and clean. The hydraulic cylinder, top beam, and moving table are made of ductile iron. That gives stable and long life. The hydraulic system uses a single pump. It is simple and reliable. The electrical parts are good and the temperature control is accurate. The heaters are pipe resistors inside the hot plates. They use little power and do not stick to rubber. The plate temperature is even.
Specs for Each Model
For the 25T and 25T water cooled: clamping force 0.25MN, plate gap 110mm, plate size 350×350mm, heating power 2.4KW per plate, plunger stroke 250mm, rise speed ≥20mm/s, max temperature ≤260℃, motor 2.2KW, size 1135×650×1400mm. The 25T water cooled adds water cooling.
For the 50T and 50T water cooled: clamping force 0.5MN, plate gap 150mm, plate size 400×400mm, heating power 2.4KW per plate, plunger stroke 250mm, rise speed ≥23mm/s, fall speed ≥15mm/s, max temperature ≤250℃, motor 2.2KW, size 1500×750×1500mm, weight 1000kg. The 50T water cooled adds water cooling.
