We offer two main types. The ZY-1008 is a standard product with a 160mm worktable width. The SQ-300 is a larger rubber slicing machine with a 300mm worktable width. Both models use a mechanical drive and a blade cutting structure. They can cut soft plastic and rubber sheets from 1mm to 12mm thick. They also work on rubber water stops and cable sheaths. The feed thickness limit is 20mm for ZY-1008 and 40mm for SQ-300. You can adjust the slice thickness using a handwheel. One full turn of the wheel moves the blade by 2mm.

The ZY-1008 has a 1.1KW motor at 910r/min. It runs on 380V. Its size is 490×460×1100mm and it weighs 110kg. The SQ-300 runs on 380V as well. Its size is 500×500×1340mm and it weighs 215kg. We put a handwheel on the side for ZY-1008 and on the top frame for SQ-300. Both machines come with a strong body, a feeding system, and a control unit. We test every product before it leaves our factory. You can order just one unit. We also support OEM and ODM orders.
