Cross Linked Cable Slicing Machine

This product changes the old rotary cutting method to a new flat moving design. That means more reliable test results and less variation between tests. You can use our cross linked cable slicing machine for physical property tests on cables.

For cross cutting, a motor and a screw rod move the blade holder back and forth. You adjust the blade height to set the slice thickness. For longitudinal cutting on the ZY-2001HZ, you turn a screw to press the sample. Then you turn another screw to set the feed thickness. After that, you rotate a handwheel to move the blade. The longitudinal slice thickness can be any value above 0.1mm. The holding diameter for longitudinal cutting is φ25-90mm on the 90mm version and φ25-150mm on the 150mm version. This product gives you precise control over your samples.
