Lab Two Roll Mill

We have two models. The XK-160 uses water cooling. The SK-160 uses electric heating. Both are 6inch roll mills. They are common tools for rubber and plastic work.

Both models have a roll diameter of 160mm and a roll face width of 320mm. The front and back roll speed ratio is 1:1.35. The front roll linear speed is 9.04m/min (17.85 rpm). The back roll linear speed is 12m/min (24 rpm). The roll gap is 0-5mm. The feed amount per batch is 1-2kg. Roll hardness is HRC65. The gap adjustment uses a ratchet. Seals are skeleton oil seals, so they are clean. Both come with a nylon material stopper and an emergency brake. The gearbox is hard-faced with low noise. Bearings run smooth and last long. This lab two roll mill gives you good control.

The XK-160 (water cooling) has a 5.5KW motor. The cooling is water. Its size is 1300×900×1300mm. Weight is about 800kg. The SK-160 (electric heating) has a 4KW motor and 3.6KW heating power. The heating temperature goes from room temperature up to 250℃. Its size is also 1300×900×1300mm, but weight is about 700kg. Both use a Y132M2-4 motor, a gearbox, and chain sprockets. So you choose the product based on whether you need heating or cooling.
